David Nose: An earthy Cinnamon. Cinnamon & Brown Sugar, like a breakfast Cinnamon Roll. Just a hint of rye, but the frosted cinnamon roll prevails.

Kira Palate: Fall. Ripe bright Apple & burnt Peaches. Baked Green Apple Dessert with hints of tartness.
David Palate: Some sort of a Baked Apple + Rye dessert where someone went crazy with the baking spices (in the best of ways). Red Hot Cinnamon Rock Candy thats been infused with Rye. Mature Rye mingles & blends nicely with everything; it does not drown anything out. Hints of Clove & Pumpernickel bread throughout.

Kira Finish: Long. Gingerbread Cookie. Hints of Rye. Halloween Candy vibes (but not sweet like candy - more just that vibe).
David Finish: Big ol lingering finish of mature Rye Spice, Aged Barrel, Ginger Cookie vibes, & Barrel Char. Fantastic. ```
